Ingredients

    2 California Avacados
    1/2 Lime
    Sofrito

Tips

This is great to keep carbs low by cutting up some colored sweet peppers, carrot or celery sticks, or serving as a side of sliced turkey or ham deli meat.

Also makes a great replacement for mayonaise on sandwiches.


Directions

Cut the Avacados in half, and remove the seed. Scoop out the fruit, and put in a bowl. Mash avacado fruit in either a blender or food processor, or if soft enough with a fork. Add 1/2 of lime juice, freshly squeezed. Add 2-3 tbsp of Sofrito. (Sofrito and lime juice to taste)

Mix and let sit.
