Basically chop everything to about the size of the black beans, mix and cover with the lime juice and olive oil, add salt/pepper as desired.

    - Cilantro, raw, 1 cup
    - *Jalapeno Pepper, , 1/2 w/seeds, 1 w/o seeds
    - Lime Juice, 3 fl oz
    - olive oil trader joes, 2 tbsp
    - Tuna, Canned in Water, 4 oz (2 cans)
    - Celery, raw, 8 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
    - 1 Can Black Beans (1/2 cup),
    -Tomato - cherry tomato - raw, 1.5 cup
    - Green Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped

Tips

Mix it up --- this was originally a Rachel Ray recipe w/garbanzo beans (instead of Black), lemon juice (instead of lime), parsley (instead of cilantro)
