Ingredients

    Flank Steak, 19.2 oz (sliced or cubed)
    *vinegar, pure white, 1 cup (8 fl. oz), .20 cup
    Olive Oil, .25 cup
    Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, .25 cup
    Garlic, 5 cloves
    Lime Juice, 1 lime yields
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp
    *Pepper, white, .5 tsp
    Garlic powder, .5 tsp
    Chili powder, .5 tsp
    Oregano, ground, .5 tsp
    *cumin ground .5 tsp, 1 serving
    Paprika, .5 tsp

Tips

When I make it again, I might rub the dry ingredients into the meat the night before and cut down a bit on the vinegar and olive oil.


Directions

Mix everything but the meat together in a bowl. Pour over the steak. Marinate for a number of hours (1 to 8). Pour in pan and cook it to desired doneness. This was pretty juicy, so I didn't need to add any oil to the pan. Serve with favorite taco fixings.

Serving Size: Meat for 8 to 10 small tortillas or tacos.
