Ingredients

    1 lb. of each of the ingredients. Mix 'em together and what have u got? Bibbity, Bobbity, Boo!

Directions

Dredge beef in flour & spices (add whatever, i.e., lemon pepper, garlic, oregano, etc.) Heat oil, add meat and brown. Remove meat, add flour to hot oil, create roux and cook @ medium for 5 min. Put meat & roux on slow-cooker and add about 8 cups water. Set crock pot on high and cook for a couple hrs. Then add veggies and cool till fork passes easily through turnips.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 8 3-cup servings.
