Ingredients

    This Makes 3 Quesadillas.

    All of the amounts can be varried depending on taste

    2-10 oz fresh or frozen spinach
    3 8 inch tortillas
    1-3 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1-3 cups sour cream
    1 boneless chicken breast
    2 tbsp taco sauce (optional)
    2 tbsp butter (optional)
    2 shakes pepper (optional)
    3 cups water
    2 cups fres salsa (optional)

Directions

I use frozen spinach. Start off by boiling the water and steaming the broccoli. Cut the chicken unto cubes. In a pan add the butter, pepper, and chicken. Cook the chicken through. After the spinach is soft enough add it to the chicken mix. Let simmer for about a minute. Add the chicken mix to the tortill and add cheese. Add sourcream and fresh salsa as desired.
