    Cabbage, fresh, 3 cup, chopped (remove)
    Olive Oil, 2 1tsp (remove)
    *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic, 2 clove (remove)
    Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 2 tsp (remove)
    *Sambal Oelek, 2 tsp
    Sesame seeds 1 tablespoon toasted and crushed
    Cilantro- chopped


I like to add little bit of crushed peanuts to garnish sometimes or add 1 tablespoon of peanut butter with soy sauce. Its very filling and I feel good after eating this.


Heat oil in a nonsticke pan. Add garlic, crushed red pepper and stir. Add napa cabbage and stir fry on high heat. When cabbage gets some color add vinegar, soysauce and sugar. Stir fry for couple of minutes, garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro and serve.
