Ingredients

    1 can of Healthy Choice Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 1/3 cup Water
    3/4 cup Uncooked Brown rice
    3/4-1 lb skinless, boneless raw Chicken Breast (strips)
    1 1/2 cup frozen broccoli
    Kosher salt
    Cracked black pepper
    Paprika

Tips

For thicker or heavier chicken increase cooking time.


Directions

Preheat oven 375 degrees
Stir soup, water, rice, pepper, salt, paprika in a 2 qt shallow baking dish.
Add frozen broccoli around perimeter.
Top with Chicken strips
Sprinkle with more salt, pepper, paprika
Bake for 45 min, or until chicken is cooked through & rice is tender
