Ingredients

    1 lbs lean ground beef
    1 pepper minced
    1/2 red onion minced
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    2 can dark red kidney beans low sodium drained
    2 cups shredded carrots
    1 cup chopped celery
    2 boxes Pacific tomato soup low sodium
    1 box Pacific chicken broth
    1 can hunts tomato paste
    4 tablespoon Mrs. Dash Italian blend
    1 cup uncooked macaroni (or other kinds) Gluten free Tinkyada Pasta

Directions

Sautee minced onion and peppers with olive oil and 1 table spoon Mrs. Dash italian seasoning. Fold in ground beef and sautee until done. Meanwhile pour tomato soup, broth and drained kidney beans into slow cooker add remaining 2 tablespoons of Mrs. Dash. Pour meat mixure into soup and cook on low heat for the day. About one hour before eating sautee carrots and celery add to soup with 1 cup uncooked pasta. Let continue to cook for rest of the hour and serve warm. Enjoy!
