Ingredients

    *Ground Beef 93% Lean, 16 oz
    *Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp.
    *Ragu Spaghetti Sauce , 0.5 cup
    Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped
    *Laughing Cow Light Creamy French Onion 1 wedge,
    Eggplant with Black Beans, 0.5 serving
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 0.5 cup

Tips

Add any spices you make like and mix in before baking.


Directions

Add beef, onions, flax and tomato sauce to a mixing bowl. Mix together. Put rest of ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend well. Then add the mixture to the beef mix and mix well. form into a small loaf in a baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60min.
