    6 oz of fresh salmon
    .5 a medium onion, chopped
    6 black olives, chopped
    1 egg, beaten
    1 slice of toast, crumbed
    1 tbs dill
    pepper to taste


Turn the patties with care: they stick together well but you don't want to be too rough with them


Remove skin and bones from the salmon and chop the filets until they are moderately finely ground

Put the salmon in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Fold ingredients together.

Shape into two large patties (keep them thick)

Heat oil and cook patties over medium heat for about 4 minutes on each side...basically until cooked.

You are done!
