Ingredients

1 lb of Chicken Breast (no skin)
3 cups dry pasta
2 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp orange juice
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic (preferably fresh)
1/4 tsp ginger
2 tbsp chives
2 tbsp itlaina dressing base (= 1 package)
1 tbsp of water
4 tbsp of olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
Tips
extra olive oil and vinegar can be add at end to taste.
If chicken sticks to skillet pour a little oil in pan while heating.
Directions
Slice Chicken into 1 inch cubes
Whisk together soy sauce, orange juice, pepper, garlic, ginger and chives.
Pour over chicken and let marinate (can marinate for up to 30 mins or prepare a day in advance if desired)
Bring 2qts of water to boil, cook and drain pasta to desired tenderness
Mix seasoning with 1tbsp of water and let stand for five mins
Add oil and vinegar to seasoning and mix with chicken.
Pour chicken and marinade into heated skillet cook until chicken is white all the way through.
In a large bowl mix chicken and pasta together.
Serve and enjoy
