Ingredients

Leaves from 1 bunch of radishes, washed & drained
    2 Tbsp plain rice vinegar
    1/2 Tbsp fish sauce
    1/2 tsp sesame oil

I also sometimes add a little Mirin, but it's optional and not included in the recipe calculation here.

Tips

This doesn't really go bad very quickly, but the leaves continue to wilt and are not all that pleasant after a couple of days. I like to make this in the morning and enjoy it for lunch the same day or the next.

Directions

Wash & drain the radish leaves; discard any that are yellowing or otherwise don't look tasty. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients, stir a little to make sure all the leaves are coated, and chill for an hour or more.
