Introduction

Ingredients

Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
Lean Ground Turkey, 16 oz
Bran Cereal, 0.5 cup (crushed)
Egg, fresh, 1 large
Egg white, fresh, 1 large
Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp
Cut Leaf Spinach - Frozen, 2 cup
Onion-frozen chopped .5 cup
Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 6 tbsp
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp
Basil, 1 tbsp (dried)
Tomato Sauce, .5 cup
Salt, 1 tsp (to taste)
Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (to taste)
Garlic, prepared chopped garlic 2 tbsp
Chili powder, 1 tsp
Tips
I served this with my Roasted Squash and Kale and it was the perfect side dish!
Directions
Mix all ingredients together, and chill for aprroximately 20-30 min in fridge (makes it eaiser to portion).
Pre heat oven to 400 degrees F.
Lightly spray 12 muffin cups ( I used 2 muffin tins with 6 spots each).
Portion 1/2 cup of mixture into muffin tins.
Bake at 400 for approx 15 min, then turn heat down to 350 and cook until cooked all the way through.
