Introduction

It was a long day and I needed coffee but I didn't want a hot drink and I didn't need the sugar from a Frap so I made my own version at home. I used FROZEN BLACK CHERRIES for this...no additional sweetener, plain frozen cherries and I used 2 shots of espresso rather than brewed coffee. Add the Crushed Ice to the blender last to get it the consistency you'd like. Ingredients

    1 Cup Frozen Black Cherries
    2 shots Espresso (or 1/2 cup brewed coffee)
    4-6oz Vanilla Almond Milk
    2 tsp chocolate sauce OR make your own using sweetened cocoa powder and water with a little sugar.
    Crushed Ice

Directions

Always place liquids into your blender first followed by frozen cherries. Blend until smooth. Add crushed ice to get to the correct consistency.
