Ingredients

    1/4 c. O'Brien potatoes
    2 slices of Ready to Eat Bacon
    2 large eggs
    2 slices Sargento Light Pepper Jack Cheese
    2 Flour Soft Taco size Burrito shells

Tips

If you want warmer burrito shells, you can microwave finished burrito for a few seconds. This also will melt the cheese more quickly.


Directions

Spray pan with non-fat cooking spray. Brown potatoes and bacon. Add eggs, scramble with potatoes and bacon and cook until eggs are done. Place one slice of cheese on each tortilla and split cooked egg mixture between them. Roll burrito style.
