1/3 C Whole Wheat Flour
1/3 C Skim Milk
1/2 Tbsp Canola Oil
1/4 tsp Nusalt
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
2 Tbsp Smart Sugar
Directions
mix all ingredients in a bowl. If a little to dry add a little water. The soy powder might make it a little dry. Pour the batter into a frying pan and cook until done.
