Ingredients

    1/2 c. Oat Bran
    1/3 c. Flour (whole wheat or spelt)
    2 scoops Soy Protein Isolate
    1 tsp Baking powder
    Dash of salt
    2 eggs
    4 tsp. Vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
    1 c. Almond Milk

Directions

Blend dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately. Add wet ingredients to dry and stir until just blended.
Heat griddle on medium heat. Pour batter onto griddle and flip pancakes when bubbles appear.

Makes 12 pancakes, 3" diam.
