    Tilapia filet (4 oz)
    Salt
    Pepper
    Italian Bread Crumbs

Tips

If you want to make more than one serving, just use more ingredients (for example, 4 tilapia filets, salt, pepper, and 1 cup of bread crumbs = 4 servings).


Directions

Preheat your oven to 500 degrees.

Lightly salt and pepper each side of the tilapia filet.

Then, roll the filet in bread crumbs until each side is lightly coated.

Cook the tilapia on 500 degrees for 8 minutes or until the fish is flaky.

Enjoy.
