Ingredients

    Cook about 10 lasagne noodles and prep following:

    For red sauce:
    Tomato sauce, 1 cup
    Canned Tomatoes, 3 cup
    browned Ground beef, 450 grams (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Mushrooms, fresh, 6 large

    For spinach layer, combine
    Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 400 grams (remove)
    Spinach, frozen, 1 package sauteed with garlic and shallots
    Oregano, basil

    For Roasted Vegetable Layer, roast in hot oven
    2 thinly sliced eggplants and zuccinis, tossed in olive oil with salt

    Cheese layer, grate
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 300 grams

Tips

Slice the portions before baking for easier serving later.


Directions

Layer ingredients in casserole, finishing with the grated cheese then bake at 325 for an hour until bubbly.

Allow to stand for 15 minutes before cutting.
