Ingredients

    1 zuchinni
    1 yellow squash
    1/2 onion
    1 can rotel
    2 cups fresh spinach
    1 small can chick peas
    2 tblsps curry powder
    2 tblsps olive oil

Directions

saute onion, spinach and squashes in olive oil, add rotel, curry powder, then chick peas to heat through.
