    one can tuna in water
    one can chick peas
    two cup brown rice
    2 tablespoons mayo
    red leaf lettuce
    ripe tomatos

Directions

mix first four items together, chop red leaf lettuce and dice tomato
place 1/4 of lettuce on plate add 1/4 tuna mix sprinkle with diced tomatos
