Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic, 2 clove (remove)
    *Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey, 21 oz (remove)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 small (remove)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1.5 cup kernels (remove) thawed
    *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 4 cup (remove)w/liquid
    Scallions, raw, 3 small (3" long) (remove)
    Poultry seasoning, 1 tsp (remove)
    Chili powder, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
    *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Hot Pepper Sauce, 1 tsp (remove)
    Bush's Chili Beans, 1.75 cup (remove) w/liquid

Directions

In a deep saucepan over med-high heat, sauted onion in oil for 3 to 5 minutes. Add garlice and cook 1 min more. Add turkey and brown 5 mins. Add bell pepper, corn and tomatoes. Bring to a bubble, stirring in scallions, spice, hot sauce, and salt and pepper. Reduce heat and simmer 10 mins Serve in bowls topped with cheddar cheese (opt) and tortilla chips (opt).
