    2 chopped green bell peppers
    1 chopped red bell pepper
    1 chopped onion
    1/2 carrot chopped
    1 tsp. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic
    1 tsp oregano
    salt & pepper to taste
    1 cup cooked brown rice
    1 15 oz. can diced fire roasted tomatoes
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 box chicken broth


I added red pepper flakes to the meat when I was cooking it for added flavor.


Sautee veggies, garlic and herbs in oil til soft.
Cook turkey--make sure you brake up the turkey into pieces.
Add turkey to veggies. Reduce heat and simmer for about 45 minutes.
