Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 3 cup
    *Canned Tomatoe - Alymer diced, 3 cup
    Tomato Paste, 1 cup
    Beans, red kidney, 1.5 cup
    Beans, black, 1.5 cup
    *Raw White Onion (Serving = 1 medium Onion)

Directions

Chop onion and add all ingredients together in large crockpot. Cook on high for 6 hours and serve warm. Add avocado or cheese to make it richer!
