Ingredients

    Three bags of coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage)
    600 grams chicken breast
    2 tablespoons Dr. Gonzoz spicy dry rub
    1/4 cup dill relish
    1/4 spicy mustard
    8 tablespoons whole fat italian dressing
    1 tablespoon salt
    2 tablespoons black pepper

Directions

Place all chicken on a pan. Sprinkle with Dr. Gonzos spicy rub, and 1/2 tablespoon salt. Bake for an hour. Chop into small pieces. combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix. Distribute into 300 gram servings.
