Ingredients

    1 Can Salmon
    1/3 Cup Bread crumbs
    1/4 Cup Light Mayonaise
    1 Large egg
    1 Small Onion, finely chopped

Tips

We typically eat one cake for dinner and use the 2 left overs on a salad the next day - excellent


Directions

Mix ingredients. Shape into burgers (1/4 cup each).
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes - until golden brown.
Can be served alone or on a whole wheat roll (remember to add the roll to your tracker!)
