Ingredients

    1/2 cup pumpkin puree
    1 cup fat free, sugar-free yogurt or soy yogurt
    1/4-1/2 cup soymilk or rice milk or skim milk
    1 tablespoon brown sugar
    1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
    4 ice cubes

Directions

1. Combine all in blender and blend until smooth.
2. Add additional milk if too thick.
