Ingredients

    2 1/4 cup King Arthur Gluten Free Multi-Purpose Flour
    1 Tsp Baking Soda
    1 Tsp Xanthan gum
    2 Sticks Lightly Salted Butter
    3/4 cup Brown Sugar
    3/4 cup Granlutaed Sugar
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    2 eggs
    2 cup (12 oz Pkg) Hershey's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Directions

Heat Oven to 35OF. Use Parchment paper to line cookie sheets. Mix together flour baking soda and xanthan gum in a medium bowl. In a large bowl with electric mixer on medium power mix together butter, sugars, vanilla and eggs. Once mixed fold in flour mixture until creamy and add one bag of Hershey's chips.
Bake for 8 minutes or until lightly browned.Cool for few minutes before removing from pan and transfer to wire cooling rack.
Makes appoximently 5 dozen cookies
