Ingredients

1 lb - Jennie-O Ground Turkey 99/1
.25c - low sodium soy sauce
.25c - Terriyaki (recommend Veri Veri Teriyaki)
.25c - orange juice
2 tbsp - chopped garlic
2 tbsp - balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp - light olive oil
1 head of ice-berg lettuce
1c - mushrooms, chopped
.5c - green onion/chives, chopped
Siracha sauce to taste
Spices to taste
Directions
Wash and gently peel layers of iceberg lettuce to create lettuce 'cups'. Chop up 1-2 cups of the remaining lettuce.
Heat olive oil in pan. Add turkey and brown.
Mix soy sauce, terriyaki, orange juice, garlic, and siracha.
Add mushrooms, chopped lettuce, chives, and sauce to turkey - simmer on low covered 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
Serve by scooping into lettuce cups and rolling up like a taco.
