Decrease cals/carbs/fats by using reduced fat chicken or mushroom soup.
Don't leave in oven too long, or will become thick.
Add mushrooms (canned, 4 oz) to add some vegetable count.

We make something very similar with chicken. We don't add milk to it though. We don't add onion either, but we do add onion flavoring. I think it is really good. I think it would be better with cream of chicken soup since I am not a mushroom fanatic, but it is still quite good. Thank you. - 11/10/09

My whole family liked this, including my 2 year old twins! I added frozen peas, sundried tomatoes and mushrooms for a little extra flavour and veggies. Will definitely make this again! - 11/28/08

  • This is really good, I used fat free cream of celery soup because that's what I had. I topped with shredded mozarella cheese for the final 10 minutes. I will make this again for sure! - 11/9/11
