Ingredients

    16 ounces Ocean Perch Filets
    1/3 c unseasoned bread crumbs
    1/3 c french fried onions
    3 tsp parsley, dried
    3/4 tsp garlic powder
    1/8 tsp ground pepper
    1/8 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp dill, dried
    1/4 tsp smoked paprika
    1 cloved garlic, dice finely or pressed
    2 Tbsp fresh grated parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    Juice from 1 lemon

Directions

Rinse and dry the fish filets. In a bowl mix together bread crumbs, fried onions, parsley, garlic powder, pepper, salt dill, smoked paprika, fresh garlic and grated cheese. Rub the fish filets with olive oil and lemon juice and then dredge in crumb and seasoning mixture. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
