Ingredients

    Ground beef, lean, 500 grams
    *Curry Powder, 0.5 tsp
    *Sauce - Soy Sauce - La Choy, 3 tbsp
    *Ketchup - Hienz Tomato Ketchup, 3 serving
    *Rice - White Raw, 40 gram
    Green Beans (snap), 1 cup
    Carrots, raw, 1 carrot (7-1/2")
    Onions, raw, 2 small(remove)
    coles chicken noodle soup (250ml, 40g packet), 1 serving
    3 cups hot water

Directions

1. brown mince in large pan
2. add water and soup, and bring to boil
3. add all other ingredients and simmer until vegetables are tender
