Ingredients

    Leeks, 1 cup
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    *Potato, raw, 4.5 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)
    Milk, nonfat, 4 cup
    Soup, bouillon cubes and granules, low sodium, dry, 2 teaspoon
    Butter, salted, 2 tbsp
    Thyme, fresh, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp

Tips

Use 2 cubes of chicken boullion and adjust pepper and salt to taste.


Directions

Wash and slice leeks and celery. Peel red potatoes and cut into quarters, then slice thickly. Mix dry boullion cubes with some cold milk and then add everything else into the crockpot. Cook on high for 4 hours
