Ingredients

    1 lb. Lean Ground Beef
    4 C fresh diced tomatoes
    1/2 C fresh chopped green pepper
    1 medium onion chopped
    1 10 oz. can diced tomatoes w/ green chilies
    1 pkg. chili seasoning
    1 15 oz. can dark red kidney beans

Tips

I used fresh tomatoes, onions, and green peppers to omit some of the sodium found in canned or packaged items. This can be frozen and is good up to 3 months.


Directions

Place all ingredients inside crock pot. Turn crockpot on high. Ready in 4 hours.
