Introduction

A semi-homemade pizza with lots of nutrition and taste for not so many calories! A semi-homemade pizza with lots of nutrition and taste for not so many calories!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 Boboli's 100% Whole Wheat Pizza Crust
    2 tbsp minced garlic
1 cup or so of any kind of veggie each (frozen) (I used artichoke hearts, peppers, onions, and spinach)
    1.5 cup spaghetti sauce
    1 cup mozzarella cheese (part-skim)
Any additional seasonings you might like- I used Parsley on mine!

Tips

Try using salt/sodium-free items if you can. The recipe does yield quite a bit of sodium per serving. Adding seasonings will make up for the lack of flavor.

Directions

Spread minced garlic on pizza crust (if desired) and then pop the crust in the oven at 410 degrees. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes to crisp up. Take out, then layer on the sauce, cheese, veggies, and any seasonings you desire. Pop back into the oven for another 20-30 minutes until cooked to satisfaction. Enjoy! :)

Serving Size: Makes one pizza, one serving is 1/6 of the pizza. You can cut the slices smaller for less calories.
