Ingredients

    .2 cup parmesan cheese
    .5 cup bread crumbs
    .25 cup shredded cheese

    .75 cup sour cream
    4 turkey pepperoni, sliced
    1 can condensed soup
    .25 cup prepared pesto sauce
    350 g cooked pasta


    any kind of condensed soup, any kind of cheese (I use cheddar/monteray jack with jalepeno), and you can add any meat (bacon would be good) or veggies too! It really is a whatever-you've-got-in-your-cupboard kind of meal!

Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Cook pasta to el dente, drain. Mix in all ingredients but bread crumbs, 1/4 cup shredded cheese, and parmesan. Spread in a prepared 9x13 baking dish. Mix together bread crumbs and parmesan, sprinkle over top of casserole. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 30min or until top is crusty. Serves 6 generously.
