Introduction

Ingredients

    Chicken tenders
    Parmesan cheese
    Bread crumbs
    Dijon Mustard
    White WIne or Water
    Salt Pepper
    Butter unsalted

Directions

Mix in a large bowl Dijon Mustard, white wine or water, dash of salt and pepper. Whisk together. PLace chicken tenders and coat. Let sit for 20 minutes or over night. More flavorful if you let it sit over night.

On a shallow plate mix bread crumbs, parmesan cheese. Take chicken from bowl and place in bread crumbs. You want to coat each side. Do one chicken at a time. Place chicken on baking sheet. Drizzle butter before placing in oven. Place in oven at 400 degrees F. Cook for 20 minutes. Turn chicken over half way threw. When the bread crumbs look golden brown and reach 165 degrees. They are done.
