Ingredients

    2.5 cups long grain white rice
    1 cup salsa (may affect amount of calories depending on brand)
    2 cans canned tomatoes (any variety)
    1 cup tomato sauce
    1 tsp worcestershire sauce
    1 tbsp chili powder

Directions

Place all ingredients in 4 qt slow cooker. Stir thoroughly. Cook on low 7 hours or high 3 hours.
