Ingredients

    about 2lbs left over pot roast, cubed
    10C beef stock** +
    1/4C Worcestershire Sauce**
    1T Garlic powder**
    1tsp Salt**
    1tsp pepper**
    10 small fingerling potatoes, halved
    10 boiler onions, halved
    10oz package of mushrooms, halved
    1/2C flour
    1/4C corn starch


    **used these ingredients in cooking my pot roast in the crock pot.

    +I only used the worcestershire sauce as liquid when I made the pot roast, it created about 10C liquid from cooking in the crock pot...this is the 10C stock I have listed above

Directions

throw all ingredients into the crock pot. cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours

Serving Size: makes 12 ish servings
