Ingredients

1 can garbanzo beans
1/2 c applesauce
1 egg
1 egg white
1 Tbs peanut butter
1 Tbs honey
1/4 c flour (or 1/2c oats)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanill
1/4 c chocolate chips
spices of choice
Tips
this is just a basic recipe that can have infinite experimentation
- make with oats instead of flour
- add nuts and cinnamon instead of chocolate
- dried fruit of fresh fruit for a berry bar
- nutella, chocolate syrup and cocoa for fax brownies
- protein powder
Directions
1. puree chickpeas, applesauce to very smooth
2. add in PB, honey, egg, egg white and vanilla until smooth as well
3. mic flour, baking powder and any spices desired (cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin pie spice, salt, etc)
4. pour into 9 X13 or 8X8 pan depending on desired thickness
5. bake at 350 for 15-20 mins testing consistency
6. let cool out of oven
7. Enjoy!
