Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups King Arthur White Whole Wheat Flour
    2 t. baking powder
    1/2 t. salt
    3 T. light aguave syrup
    1 large egg
    1 1/4 c. lukewarm fat free milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil

Tips

You can add fresh blueberries into the batter after prepared.


Directions

Preheat waffle iron while you make the batter. Whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together egg, milk, aguave and oil. Mix together the wet and dry ingredients, stirring just until combined. The batter will be a bit lumpy; that is OK. Cook the waffles as directed in the instructions that came with your waffle iron.
