Ingredients

    1/2 Cup Non-fat Cottage Cheese
    1/2 Cup Oats
    1 Egg
    Dash of Water
    Dash of Cinnamon
    Handful of Blueberries

Tips

Top with sugar free maple syrup or peanut butter. Or use as bread for PBJs!


Directions

Blend cottage cheese, oats, egg, water, and cinnamon in blender until it is a smooth batter-like consistency. Add blueberries.

Cook on stove on Medium heat flipping halfway through.
