Introduction

This was just something that I had in my kitchen and I put together. It turned out really good and only 100 calories! This was just something that I had in my kitchen and I put together. It turned out really good and only 100 calories!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 Apples
    4 Kiwi
    1/2 c Blackberries
    2 6oz containers of yogurt (any flavor)
    1 TBSP of Fat Free Caramel
    1 TBSP of Cool Whip Free

Tips

You can use any apple and any flavor yogurt. You can use any type of fruit that you want, really? Make it your own!
Just enjoy! It makes a huge bowl!!


Directions

Peel and Dice the 2 Apples & 4 Kiwi into small pieces - Add to a large bowl
Add the Blackberries to the large bowl
Add the caramel to the large bowl and stir into the mixed fruit. Mix Well

In the 6 seperate bowls add 3 TBSP of yogurt to each.
Add 1/2 cup of the mixed fruit on top of the yogurt.
Add 1 TBSP of Cool whip on top of the fruit.
Garnish with Blackberry


Serving Size: makes 6 bowls
