Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    3 Eggs
    1 1/2 Cup Skim Milk
    2 C. Flour
    2 tsp. Sugar
    2 tsp. Baking Powder
    1/4 tsp. Salt
    6 T. Unsalted Butter

Tips

Can substitute half whole wheat flour and egg whites only (use 5 whites)


Directions

Mix Eggs and milk. Add Dry ingredients, mix well. Add melted butter, mix well. Cook in Waffle Iron for 5 min.

Serving Size: Makes 10 Waffles or 5 servings
