Ingredients

    Warm 1 cup water to 115 degrees and put in small bowl with yeast. In large mixer bowl add 2 cups flour, 2 teaspoons sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, and 2 tablespoons olive oil. Add water/yeast mixture. Use dough hook to mix until not sticky--add 1/4 cup more flour if needed. Let rise for 1 hour in oiled bowl. After 1 hour spread out on pizza pan and top with pizza sauce, and other toppings. I like to top with pepperoni, mushrooms, onion, green peppers, and cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees.

Serving Size: Makes 9 large slices or 18 small slices.
