Ingredients

    1.5 C chopped chicken
    1 med onion
    1 C celery
    3 potatoes peeled and diced
    3 C chicken broth or boullion
    1 16 oz cream corn
    1 8 oz can green chilis chopped
    1 lb low fat velveta

Directions

Put all ingredients except cheese in slowcooker, stir to mix.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours
One hour before serving turn cooker to high
Add cheese and stir occasionally until cheese melts
lower heat to serve
Ladel into bowels top with optional Montery Jack cheese and chives. Serve with optional torttillas
