Ingredients

    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 32 oz (2lbs)
    Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, 0.31 cup
    Oats, 1 cup
    Thyme, ground, .5 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 2 tsp
    Garlic powder, 2 tbsp
    Dry Yellow Mustard Spice, 2 tsp
    Chipotle Pepper Spice, 2 tsp
    Ground Cumin, .5 tsp
    Onions, raw, 1 small
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)

Tips

Serving Size:
Women - 2 muffins
Men - 4 muffins


Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spray muffin pan with canola or olive oil.
Mix all your ingredients together in one large bowl.
Roll the mixture into balls and place into the muffin pan. Muffins should be about the size of a racquetball.
Bake for 40 mins.

Serving Size: Makes 12 muffins
