    14 eggs
    1 can 2% Carnation evap. milk
    3 oz shredded cheddar
    1 C diced onion
    1 C fresh spinach
    10 oz diced turkey ham
    2 tsp yellow mustard
    3 slices wheat bread torn into small pieces

Directions

Bake at 300 for approx 60 minutes or until eggs are set.
