Introduction

Simple egg and egg white bake that can be cut into 6 portions wrapped and frozen. Easy to pull out on an easy morning and microwave for a quick breakfast. Ingredients

    6 large eggs
    8 large egg whites
    1 cup chopped green peppers
    1 cup chopped red peppers
    1 cup chopped onion
    6 oz. kraft cheddar shreds

Tips

I do this tons of different ways, depends on how healty I am feeling like being. All egg whites, at free cheese, no cheese, turkey sausage, different veggies etc. I just wanted something I could grab from the freezer and bring to work to avoid going through the drive thru.


Directions

Sautee the peppers and onions using cooking spray in a non stick skillet until desired doneness. Mix all eggs together in a large bowl, add the peppers and cheese and blend. Pour into a 8X11 pyrex dish you have sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake in a 425 oven until done. (i'm one of those cooks that doesn't time stuff I just keep checking till it looks done to me. I'm sorry, I'd say maybe 25-30 mins)
