Ingredients

    Tomato(es)
    Onion
    Basil (fresh is best! Dry is ok)
    EVOO

Directions

1. Remove seeds of tomatoes or "mushy" parts and only use flesh if using any tomato other than cherry/grape.)
2. Chop onion, tomatoes & fresh basil. (Can substitute dry basil.)
3. Mix chopped items with EVOO.
4. Serve on crackers, bread, or alone.
